VRE-Series Vacuum/Pressure Valves (with adjustable overpressure setting)

The Saniquip VRE series vacuum/pressure relief valves are designed to protect against damage due to vacuum or overpressurization in tanks. With this valve range higher positive pressure relief settings are possible and the overpressure setting can be adjusted by means of a spring loader nut. Depending upon the spring installed, positive set pressures from approx. 0.3 to 3 bar can be achieved. On the vacuum relief side the opening pressure is fixed at approx. -0.008 bar meaning that even slight negative pressure developing inside the tank will cause the valve to open and begin to equalize the negative pressure. VRE series valves are available in 1.5”, 2” and 2.5” sizes with a clamp ferruled connection.
