Tank Top Safety & Cleaning Systems

Tank top safety & cleaning systems are widely used, particularly in the brewing industry, and offer a practical and compact tank protection and cleaning solution. The modular design of these systems allows a high degree of customization enabling the most suitable solution to be offered for each individual application.

The Saniquip Tank Top Safety & Cleaning Systems offer the following advantages:

• Reliable tank protection against pressure, vacuum and overfilling
• Integrated cleaning with fixed sprayball or rotary cleaner
• Compact modular design
• All components mounted on a stainless steel dome cover, or alternatively with all components attaching directly to a single union connection at the tank top
• Integral automatic CIP/gas switching valve (allows a single inlet connection for both gas and CIP)

The Saniquip Tank Top Safety & Cleaning Systems can be fitted with any of the following components
and accessories:

• Spring loaded safety valve (PED certified on request) with optional seat lift actuator and proximity switch
• Vacuum valve, lever or suspended types with optional seat lift actuator and proximity switch
• CIP/gas switching valve
• Cleaning device on downpipe (either a simple fixed sprayball or a rotary cleaning device)
• Sight glass with optional light
• Pressure transmitter
• High level probe
