SS Floating Covers & Accessories for Variable Capacity Tanks

Variable capacity tanks offer a versatile wine storage and fermentation solution. The floating stainless steel cover is automatically positioned according to the level of the wine in the tank, and sealing via the pneumatic gasket prevents the ingress of air into the tank and any uncontrolled oxidation.

Saniquip offer the following variable capacity tank components:

• Hygienic stainless steel floating covers suitable for internal tank diameters from 350mm to 2200mm
• Food grade polyurethane pneumatic gaskets in a full range of sizes up to 3000mm diameter
• Stainless steel hand pumps with pressure gauge (for pneumatic gasket inflation)
• Polyethylene vacuum/pressure valves suitable for installation in the floating covers
