Non-Return Valves for Horizontal Installation – Self Drainable

The Saniquip SPH series non-return valves are designed for high purity pharmaceutical and biotech applications and are fully traceable for validation purposes. The unique body design means that the valve is self-drainable EVEN WHEN INSTALLED HORIZONTALLY. The valve is machined in two pieces from solid AISI 316L round bar. All product contact surfaces have a finish of Ra 0.5 micron or better as standard. The SPH series non-return valves are sterilizable and autoclavable and meet the applicable 3A and FDA requirements. The body seal arrangement utilizes aseptic sealing technology for maximum hygiene and cleanability. As standard the seals are in silicone material but alternative seal materials are also available. The valves are suitable for use with liquids, gases or steam and are available in a wide range of sizes from ½” to 4”.
