J Series Sanitary Shear Pump

The King Lai sanitary shear pumps are ideal for in-line homogenisation and emulsification of fluids and are widely used in the Food & Beverage industries.

They are fully sanitary with wetted parts in 316L stainless steel and polished to below the 0.5Ra standard.

Features:

• Available in 5 different sizes from  1 1/2″ to 3″ for flows up to 35m3/h
• Wetted parts in 316L stainless steel and internally polished to below the 0.5Ra standard
• Standard connections in tri-clamp (other connections available on request)
• Pressures up to 3.8bar
• Utilises the same mechanical seals as the S and J type pump ranges
