Flat Union Type Sight Glasses

The Saniquip D-series union type sight glasses are most commonly installed on tanks or vessels to allow visual inspection of the processes inside. As standard the viewing disc is in borosilicate glass although alternative materials such as polycarbonate and acrylic can be offered on request. All product contact metallic parts are manufactured from forged AISI 304L or 316L stainless steel with a polished surface finish.

Standard seals are in FDA compliant EPDM but alternative seal materials are also available. The Saniquip D-series union type sight glasses are manufactured in sizes from 1” to 6”. Executions incorporating an integral wiper and/or various illumination (light fitting) options can be offered on request.
