Aseptic Diaphragm Control Valves

The BioClean weir type diaphragm valves are also available as an aseptic control valve fitted with electropneumatic position controller. The position controller takes an input signal, such as 4 – 20 mA, either from the PLC or directly from an in-line instrument. An integral position sensor instantly controls the operating position to keep the valve in the position determined by the user (PD function) or by a process parameter (PID function). The aseptic diaphragm control valves are available in standard sizes from ½” to 3”.
