3-Way & 4-Way Cavity Filled Ball Valves

The Saniquip 3-way and 4-way cavity filled ball valves may have a similar external appearance to industrial ball valves – internally however, all metallic product contact surfaces are polished to a hygienic standard and the FDA compliant “cavity filler” type PTFE seats fill the space between the outside of the ball and the valve body eliminating the possibility of product entrapment.

• Standard size range: ½” to 4”
• ISO 5211 Mount Pad as standard allows for easy automation if required

Available flow configurations:

• 3-way L-port or 3-way T-port
• 4-way LL-port (also referred to as X-port) 90° / 4-way L-port 180°

Connection options:

• Butt weld for tube
• Tri-clamp
• RJT on request

Actuation/handle options:

• Lockable SS manual lever operator
• Horizontal rack and pinion type pneumatic actuator (optionally with solenoid valve / limit switch box / positioner)
• Stainless steel vertical pneumatic actuator (optionally with stainless steel control top or positioner)
