2-Way Cavity Filled Ball Valves

The Saniquip 2-way cavity filled ball valves may have a similar external appearance to industrial ball valves – internally however, all metallic product contact surfaces are polished to a hygienic standard and all PTFE seats and gaskets are FDA compliant. Standard connections are butt weld for tube, sanitary clamp type or RJT on request.

Features & Options:

• All product contact surfaces in AISI 316 stainless steel
• All product contact surfaces polished to Ra ≤ 0.8µm
• Fully encapsulating “zero cavity” seats avoid product entrapment
• Seats & gaskets manufactured in FDA CFR 21 177.1550 compliant PTFE
• O-ring in FDA CFR 21 177.1550 compliant EPDM
• ISO 5211 mount plate as standard – allows for simple automation if required
• Sizes from ½” to 4” available as standard. Larger 6” & 8” variants available on request

Actuation/handle options:

• Lockable SS manual lever operator
• Horizontal rack and pinion type pneumatic actuator (optionally with solenoid valve / limit switch box / positioner)
• Stainless steel vertical pneumatic actuator (optionally with stainless steel control top or positioner)
