Hygienic Plug Cock Valves – 3A Approved

The Saniquip 11 series hygienic plug cocks (3A approved) are manufactured in AISI 304L and AISI 316L stainless steel materials and are highly polished. The thrust washer is in food grade PTFE and all seals are FDA 177.2600 compliant. The plug cocks provide a full unrestricted flow path and offer a versatile flow control solution. They are available in 2-way and 3-way executions and in a full range of sizes from 1” to 4”.
Standard execution is with the plug in stainless steel, hard chrome coated and precision ground & lapped, to ensure smooth operation and good sealing. On request a special version with FDA approved rubberized plug can also be offered. It should be noted that due to their design plug cocks are only suitable for use in relatively low pressure applications to a maximum working pressure of 4 bar.
